Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

Once downloaded, you are not eligible for a refund. If, you have not downloaded your item, contact us to receive your refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to your email, you’ll receive a gift credit code for the value of your return. Once we receive an email, a gift certificate code will be set to the email used at purchase.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. Otherwise, you may receive store credit with a gift receipt.
